Our comprehensive Coordination package is designed for couples who have planned everything on their own, but want expert support to bring it all together in the final 6 weeks, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
From vendor communication to timeline creation, we manage every logistical element so you can truly enjoy your celebration. Your dedicated production team will be on-site from start to finish, making sure everything stays on time and stress-free.

We think of these strategy meetings as Wedding Therapy — a personalized, affordable planning option where we can discuss anything from budget clarity, tailored vendor referrals, creative wedding design concepts, etiquette, timelines, and more. Post session, you’ll receive a detailed summary of notes, customized ideas, a curated list of trusted SoCal or NY wedding pros, and a personalized planning calendar complete with monthly checklists to help keep you on track.
Ideal for couples doing most of the heavy lifting of planning on their own, but in need of expert direction along the way as needed. This flexible option offers professional support exactly when you need it most.

DO YOU OFFER JUST
"DAY-OF” COORDINATION?
For us, “day-of” and “month-of” are the same thing. In order for us to thoroughly organize the logistics for your day, we must start over a month prior. Our comprehensive 6-week COORDINATION package is the only event management option we offer.
Yes, we love to travel! We primarily service Southern California and the Tri-State area, but are available coast to coast.
