Lead Planner / Founder

Dawn has been producing events in New York and California for over 20 years, splitting her time between New York City and Los Angeles. She got her start working with feminist magazines and indie record labels, bringing a creative and independent spirit to every project she takes on. Outside of work, she enjoys happy hours, estate sales, road trips, and all things Dolly Parton. A favorite anecdote: Amy Sedaris once told her she was going to be president one day. Ask her about it!

Our effervescent coordinating queen! Marti’s positive, can-do attitude puts any event day nerves at ease. She combines a Midwestern charm with a big city wittiness that keeps everyone smiling. When not leading the party, or acing her law school classes, she can be found choreographing new dance routines for The Tailshakers — a fan favorite of the famed Coney Island Mermaid Parade. She once saved the day by finding a bride’s missing engagement ring on a rooftop farm!

Amanda brings a cool, collected, and cheerful energy to our events, creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. Her presence is both grounding and uplifting, making her a natural connector. Passionate about sustainability, Amanda is always looking for creative ways to repurpose and reuse materials, inspiring others to consider how celebrations can be both memorable and mindful. She thrives on connecting with fellow creatives who share her vision for meaningful, low-waste experiences.

Dawn was easy to work with, organized, and made sure there was nothing for us to worry about on our wedding day, just enjoy! Dawn knew the venue like the back of her hand and has great relationships with local vendors, which took so much guesswork out of the planning process. We also loved the fact that she offers a-la-carte planning sessions outside of the coordination package (which kicks in 6 weeks before) for any timely planning needs (like helping to think through our decor and floorplan as we defined the event flow).
