A cost effective solution for those who just need a little bit of direction and assurance along the way. We think of these a la carte 1-hour consultations as wedding therapy sessions to discuss absolutely anything regarding your event — budget clarity, vendor referrals, design ideas, etiquette, and more. Post meeting, you’ll be provided with a comprehensive digest of notes, ideas, a tailored vendor referral list, and a customized planning calendar with monthly checklists to keep you on track as you continue your planning process.

With our comprehensive Coordination package, our team steps in 6 weeks prior to your event weekend to pull all of your party puzzle pieces together. You can relax knowing that our team is busy ironing out your event’s logistical details and tbd’s, so that everything comes together properly. On the day of, your assigned production team will be on site start to finish, keeping everything on time and under control.

All events include liability up to $1,000,000.


In our book, “day-of” and “month-of” coordination are the same thing. In order for us to thoroughly organize the logistics for your day, we must start over a month prior. Our comprehensive COORDINATION package is the only event management option we offer.

We love to travel! We primarily service Southern California and the Tri-State area, but are available coast to coast.

Do you travel?


Variables such as season, venue, and scope of support needed will affect your final service fee, so to get the most accurate quote, it’s best to email us directly to get a custom estimate.

Yes! We plan retreats, non-profit / corporate events, and celebrations of all kinds.
